Minted Grapefruit Spritzer

An updated, tangy version of a classic drink!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened grapefruit juice
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp sugar or sugar substitute
- 8 sprigs of mint
- 1 1/2 cups soda water
Instructions
- In a 1 1/2 quart pitcher, combine the grapefruit juice and lemon juice and set aside.
- Place 1 tsp and one mint sprig in each of 4 12-ounce glasses. With the back of a spoon, crush the mint into the sugar. Fill the glasses with ice cubes, divide the grapefruit juice mixture among them, then top with the soda water. Stir briskly to mix, add a sprig of mint to each drink and serve.
Notes
Muddled mint creates a great aroma for a great drink.
