Swiss Health Cereal - Muesli!
- 1 cup quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots, apples, plums (prunes), raisins, mangos or bananas.
- 2 tbsn chopped almonds, pecans or walnuts
- 2 tbsn wheat germ
- 1 tbsn brown sugar
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- ground cinnamon to taste
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, apricots, almonds, wheat germ and brown sugar and toll well to combine.
- To serve, divide the cereal among 4 bowls and add 1/4 cup of the milk to each. Top with yogurt and dust with cinnamon.
