quick cooking rolled oats

chopped dried apricots, apples, plums (prunes), raisins, mangos or bananas.

chopped almonds, pecans or walnuts

wheat germ

brown sugar

skim milk

cup
plain low-fat Greek yogurt
ground cinnamon to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the oats, apricots, almonds, wheat germ and brown sugar and toll well to combine.
To serve, divide the cereal among 4 bowls and add 1/4 cup of the milk to each. Top with yogurt and dust with cinnamon.
Notes
You can store this cereal for up to a week in a tightly covered pint jar.
