2medium-size ripe tomatoes, peeled, cored, seeded, and chopped
1/4cupminced fresh coriander or parsley
1/2tspground coriander
1/2small red union, chopped fine
4tsplime juice
1clovegarlic, minced
1/2small jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped fine
Instructions
Place the avocado in a large bowl and mash it with a potato masher until almost smooth, leaving a few lumps for texture. Mix in the remaining ingredients.
Notes
