Knee Push Up – Step 1
Lie on your stomach on the floor to begin a good knee push up.
Place your hands flat on the floor, underneath your shoulders. Stiffen your body between your shoulders and your knees. Using your arms, slowly push yourself off the floor until your arms are fully extended.
Then slowly lower yourself back down to the starting position on the floor to complete one repetition of your knee push up. Repeat 9 more times to complete one set of 10 repetitions.
